It is startling when I see my children experiencing big moments in life that I can remember going through as if it was just a few years ago.
Though her braces are way cooler than mine were. For one: The bands? Those are green for St. Patrick’s Day. She’ll change them for Easter.

Cute kid. Glad she looks relatively happy about the braces. I don't think they have quite the same stigma they did when I was a kid.

Ah, the stages of life! Easier to enjoy them "the second time around". Blessings!
Ahhhh! My eldest just got her braces on Monday! I can't believe how much older she looks. I know that kids usually get braces younger than in days of yore (the 70s), but I always associate "teenager" with "braces".
Hope all is well! My kiddo reports that they don't hurt "yet" but just feel weird.
Too cute! My 16 yr old has had her dang braces on for 5 yrs! I am hoping they come off soon!
